Product

  • In Q1, we stood up 7 AI Product Teams (SVPG):  3 attached to our primary user groups (User-Centered Design), 2 innovation teams (Design Thinking), all underpinned by an AI Platform team (Azure + GPT), and all tied together by an AI Trust & Safety team (CHAI, NIST).

  • In Q2, our initial AI Platform environments were live in Azure, serving multiple ML predictive models, our first GenAI agent was auto-generating appeal letters, and all teams were underway building AI products to solve high-impact priorities.

 

  • By Q3, our first AI Voice Agent for patients was live in a production pilot, 20K patients were identified from NLP and ML techniques for high-risk lung cancer screenings, and AI Trust & Safety v1 processes and automations were embedded throughout our PDLC.

 

  • By Q4, our v1 secure Enterprise AI Companion was live for the first 1,000 employees reducing complex analytics use cases from weeks into hours, RCM cash recovery from our Agentic workflow was exceeding $10M, and the AI Product org overall was proving a 25% ROI in our very first year.

Impact

The above measurable outcomes were just the beginning.  This AI-Native foundation yielded approval for 50% AI investment growth in Year-2 to accelerate the transformation journey.  For meaningful impact to 10MM patients, 10K clinicians, and 40K team members overall.
